Counter-culture mag turns to Web video

Revision3 hosts a number of Web-only broadcast programs, such as NOTMTV and Diggnation. Under a new partnership with music and culture magazine XLR8R, it hopes the new ‘XLR8R TV’ will reach past the tech-only crowd and into the hip underbelly of underground artists and music lovers.
